Don't put that completed material in the church closet.  Donate it to the NGBA so that others can benefit from the material.  All material is checked out for the study duration and then returned to the NGBA Office.

The Association has a wide selection of videos and video curriculum available.  If you are planning to use a curriculum or material that is not a recent publication, check with the NGBA Office to see if we might be able to loan your church a copy.

An Available Missionary Resource

Every church within the area of the North Greenville Baptist Association has a worldwide missionary resource readily available. The Travelers Rest Camp of the Gideons International provides money for the purchase and distribution of God's Holy Word. The Gideons International, an organization of Christian men and women, is active in 184 different countries and hands out over 70 million Scriptures a year in 84 different languages.

It has become difficult for many churches to support missionaries, but with the help of Gideons who live in these 184 countries, Scriptures, that churches help to purchase, are distributed and in some countries where missionaries are not allowed.

The Gideons raise the money for these Scriptures by their own giving and by church offerings. When Gideons are invited to speak in churches about how God has used these Scriptures to change lives, an offering is collected. All of this money is used for the purchase and shipment of Scriptures because the Gideons pay for the overhead expenses.

Gideons are available to speak in a church during the morning, evening or Wednesday night service. A pastor might consider having a Gideon conduct the service when the pastor has to be away during a Sunday. A Gideon can be available on a very short notice and at no charge other than an offering for Scriptures.
